How do you photograph weddings?
I love being by your side to help you for your big day! We will start with a consultation that can happen via messaging, phone or Zoom. I will send you a timeline to help you with organizing your day and we will set up your photo list together! We don't want to miss one moment of your big day and we want to ensure you get the images of your dreams! It is exciting for me to receive photos of your dress, shoes, invites, all the fun details! On your wedding day, all I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in Sweet Home Alabama and yes, I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. But no worries, I always try to find the most budget-friendly way to travel.
When will we receive our photos from our wedding day?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within a maximum of 120 days. I say maximum because, depending on the time of year, there are times that are busier than others. I work hard to deliver in a timely fashion, always providing sneak peeks and highlights here on the site as well as on our social media accounts. You can download all the photos from your gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints! The same timeline also applies to videography!
How many pictures will we receive from our wedding?
For 8 hours of coverage on your wedding day, you will receive between 400 to 600 fully edited images. I always choose quality rather than quantity. I will always choose the best and most significant photos to tell your story.
Can we get our RAW images/videos?
No. In over 15 years in the photography game, I have never given out RAW files and will be following suit in videography as well. Asking for RAW files from a photographer/videographer is like asking a chef to give you the meal uncooked. Uncommon Media doesn't do that.
How long have you been a photographer?
15 years (as of 2023).
What is your coffee order?
I enjoy an Iced White Mocha with Caramel Drizzle and Cold Foam in the Spring/Summer and in the Fall/Winter I love a good Hot Peppermint Mocha latte!
How long are your sessions?
Mini and regular timed sessions are 20 minutes. 45-minute sessions are available and are typically the length of modest boudoir and engagement sessions.
When will we get our photos from our session?
Sneak Peeks are available typically within 48 hours. The full gallery will be available within 2 weeks time.
